A problem getting Premium account

Dear Admin,
I tried to transfer a small amount of money to get 1 month of premium account, but the only option in Internet I could use was PayPal, and I couldn't make an account there. I have bank account and a bank card, but maybe the system is a bit different in Estonia or something...It asks for numbers like CHC, no such number on my card although it works properly and the way it is supposed to.
Isn't there just a bank account where I could make a regular bank transfer? I think it would be great option. Even if the month would be like 3 Euros or something. I hope my problem is understandable, my english is not the best...
