Hey, I want to address an issue that I am having and can see that some fellow users have the same issue. I am referring to a first-sending user not sending cards. I am smack dab in the middle of two trades that the traders did not send their end of the bargain and I am at my wits' end and have reported both of them. One is not responding to my messages and the other is kind of irate about the situation and is requesting that he/she will not send cards until I remove the BTR. That is just not how it works, I extended the amount of time for them to send the cards, but the trader maintains that they will not comply. They state that it is not scamming me because I did not send them anything, I disagree. I believe that you should not accept a tracked trade unless you intend to follow it through, it is a binding agreement according to TCO and all the reading supports that I am within the rules to report a bad trader on this basis, and especially a person who has done this in the past, in these particular cases, the users have more failed trades than completed ones. If that doesn't spell bad trader, then I guess I just don't know the meaning. Please respond if you have questions, comments, concerns; I am curious on other opinions on this matter, thanks.

The rules say you're right. I also agree with you; it's a violation of the terms you both agreed on when trading. To me, it's akin to a non-paying eBay bidder, because they're basically refusing to send their part of the bargain. Does it matter whether it's money or cards? In my opinion, it doesn't: a done deal is a done deal.
