bringing Trading Card Games to a stadium near you....

For those of you TCOers who don't know who I am, I'm an avid Yugioh player/collector/judge and I'm also an Engineering student. If you've ever seen the Yugioh anime, you'd know that in this cartoon they have these devices each player can wear to make their card game "real", where holograms of the cards they play come to life and attack each other.

As an engineering student entering my senior year I have a unique opportunity to form a team and complete a project that has the potential to be sold to a company for mass production. Somehow, my team and I have been discussing an idea of a device similar to that found in Yugioh (a "Duel Disk" is what they call it on the show), but this device could be made to be so general so that it could be used for ANY card game.

My question for all of you is this: Would you be interested in buying either a system to let you play TCGs in a stadium-like setting (like in major tournaments) or buying a new kind of sleeve and game mat which would allow you to connect to a system so other people can watch your game without crowding your space?
