Cranium Clamp

Here in TCO,there are 2 types of duelist.1st type of player play hybrid duel(most of them are from poland)and 2nd type of player play jp duel with jp banlist.There is no problem in hybrid cause every card is allowed there.But in jp there is a big problem with Cranium Clamp.In jp banlist Skeleton Vice is banned and in japan Cranium Clamp cost 5 mana.But in tco Cranium Clamp cost 4 mana which is less powerfull than Skeleton Vice but still its a overpowered card.And when ur opponent use it u cant tell him that its banned.So Nera when u will fix the database next time,can u upload the picture of jp cranium clamp and its text in promo card set and write in the banlist that 4 mana cranium clamp is banned?
