Bleach decks on this board

Is it just me, or are the majority of the decks on this board for this game written by people who haven't even read the rule book?

Out of 45 decks, only 12 manage to follow the simple rule "A Bleach game deck is 81 cards." And the designers of the deck area didn't note that one card breaks the rule of "no more than 4 in the deck", which prompted an intelligent user to design a Blank deck using Guardians to represent the other 16 Blanks s/he wanted to include (now that's someone who's paying attention!). If there's some general rule that allows for a different deck size, I'd like to know it.

Or has anyone else even bothered to look at the decks? Several look pretty cool to me.
