Possible combo with "Belial-Marquis of Darkness"

I'm just wondering if anyone has ever thought of using "Metalsilver armor" when "Belial-Marquis of Darkness" is on the field. It would make your monsters almost impervious including Belial,with Metalsilver's effect applied to Belial of course. Do you think this is a pretty decent combo?

I don't see how Metalsilver Armor helps Belial though. All it does is force your opponent to target Belial with their effects, which Belial's effect already causes your opponent to do. It'd be like equipping Marshmallon with Mist Body. If you were going to utilise both Metalsilver and Belial at the same time, you'd need to equip Metalsilver to another monster you control, creating a lockdown of sorts to prevent your opponent target monster with effects. Even then, that's a fairly weak strategy: it's not a good idea to rely on Equip Spells, they're too easily destroyed, considering the number of Heavy Storms, MSTs, Dust Tornados, Lylas, Rykos etc that are floating around now. Equip Spells should be used to augment your strategy, not to dictate it, unless you can benefit from the destruction of the Equip, such as with Supervise.
