3)Given out to any format of deck. In order to obtain you must have your deck listed in the correct format and must follow the rules within that format (block decks will be given a bit more of a "rock leeway" than unlimited as it may not always be clear to some players what cards are considered block and/or restricted). Meaning good job, majority of block decks will fall under at least this rating with little extra work needed due to all the restrictions and limited cards available to this format. It is fairly easier to receive this with a casual or unlimited deck due to the fact that they are more common and easier to build. Able to at least show "applications of the 1st stages" of combination of ninja/mission/jutsu/client effects Able to at least show "applications of the 1st stages" of cards in deck and stats which go hand in hand with those cards (i.e. enough turn 0 ninjas and ninja count/jutsus with cost according to ability to gather type of chakra and jutsu count/mission count). You may think about adding a little more atk/combat power to your decks (main and reinforcement). When adding leeches to the deck i count them as 1/2 of a ninja so for every 2 leech you have count it as 1 ninja. With this in mind you may want to bring your ninja count up. In casual decks i expect to see restricted or banned cards so good job. |

overall good deck. you may want to check on bandai before building decks http://www.bandai.com/naruto/showthread.php?t=96710&highlight=n1298 according to this link N1298 effect only reduces the cost of lightning jutsu by -1. Which refers to generic cost and not specific cost. Simply put it makes all your jutsu that only cost a specific symbol pointless to have in this deck with that naruto. Easy fix either change naruto or think of different lightning jutsu to use... still good job over all as it stands i will rate the deck a 3. so ill wait for the changes to give it a 4 |

I like the idea behind the deck. I like to see JI with Kabuto turn6 in just about all the block decks since they both are border line broken. I dont really see the idea behind the jutsu though seems like a waste. As it stands I would rate the deck a 3. I will wait for a few improvements I'm sure will be soon to come to rate the deck the 4 it can so easily achieve.

Overall great deck still could use a little work not sure why there are non reinforcement cards in the reinforcement deck. I understand there is no sideboard here on tco but until there is lets remember the function of the reinforcement deck. i would easily give this deck a 4 with its mid game drawing potential and 1 of the best squads ino-shika-choj. So i will wait to see the changes in the reinforcement deck to rate it... good job

Nice deck ideal. When not playing block i enjoy playing with and against themed decks. I always wanted to put together a strong deck full of "hands on ninjas" and your ninja selection for this is on point. Lee to the front of the line followed my naruto and other low entrance cost ninjas with key effects that support other taijutsu cards make for great combos. Plenty of different jutsus will have your opponent trying to guess what they will get hit with next... although personally i find less different jutsus and more copies of each work better. Adding more missions/draw effects along with more surge ninjas will give this deck more drawing potential and a even greater edge on your opponent. Good job!!!
