How do you like Martell summer? Especially in comparison to KotHH? Been thinking about a summer build lately but am still a bit too afraid of running into winter.

I don't understand a lack of river row, I know the potential one turn delay is there. But it triggers for every character. Surely it's better than shadowblack or steel? It's also a king's landing location. Unlike sisters and shadowblack. |

It is interesting that you aren't running Volantis Inn or Lannisport Brothel, and yet are running three copies of the Iron Throne. Do you find yourself wishing you were running a bit more repeatable kneel instead of the copies or is getting the Iron Throne ASAP really that important?

@stegofreak: Thanks for commenting on the card! =) Your point is true. But since you can choose when to use which plot card, I think the risk is not too big. Also, I think most, or at least many plot cards have a risk in them...

That's a very risky plot card to have. If your opponent doesn't have a character in play and you do, you could end up losing any protection that character might offer.

I have to agree it's overpowered, yet i love the thematical idea. ...how about turning the effect around? After all, you named the card "Rally to Robert" not "Stop the Targaryens". So, I'd suggest making the card a bit mroe complex: "Search your deck for a number of Baratheon-Characters. The total strength of all these characters combined may be as high as the number of Targaryens in play. Reveal all the chosen cards, bring one of them into play under your control and knelt, and put the others on your hand. Shuffle your deck." I know it's quite a bunchful of text, but I think the effect would be more interesting then, and it would be far less overpowered! |

Well, I wanted a bit more draw beyond GTM, and I don't have any copies of Tommen at the moment. With multiple intrigue challenges, it's pretty easy to hit the draw cap just using Tyrion. I suppose there might be room for more than one gold sink character, though, and Creylen would fit nicely.

Looks good. Any particular reason to include core set Tyrion though? Maybe Maester Creylen could help the rush a little. |

Okay (3-2), won a few matches really quickly, a few confessions and altar of fire really depletes their hand. Lost against another bara maesters running TLS + val combo as I couldn't discard anything. That's why there's Marg in here. 3x nightmares prolly easier. In the old deck also had Bob who could recur the confession from used pile. If you're using rush, prolly swap out the shadows with the usual rush suspects like Knight of Flowers and such. |
