By the time you can summon him, your graveyard should be well stocked with spells. Too bad he isn't a Demon Command... but being a Knight gives him the advantage of playing with Knight Spells too. But of course, since it costs 7, there's a high probability that the game is close to its end, and Romanoff might not be of much help, depending on the situation.
