Here are my thoughts on the deck:

Pretty good so far, what you need are just little tweeks to make the deck run more smoothly and more consistent. Let's start with your missions:

You wanna make sure you run lots of draw and/or search, and not TOO much tech, especially since this deck focuses primarily on rush.

I would consider taking eight ninja dogs down by 1 at least, and I would take out the Inuzuka Clans that give pumps to dogs. The pump is nice but if youre getting good draws you should be able to put in play enough ninjas to make up for that. Pad I would take out just cause it's lightning lol. Scouting party is perfect at 1 because it's a game ender.

These are the missions I would consider adding:

Make out Paradise : Super useful for ninja dogs and will ensure you find your ninja dog ninjas to spam the field.

Patriarch : pretty useful since all ninja dogs are "fang" and turn 1 is nice. Can search out monkey king or kakashi platoon late game.

For general draw missions:

Drifting Clouds : Super early turn and can ensure you always have what you need.

Warhawk : Draw 4 is just crazy.

Guidance : May not be ideal for dogs but is generally solid draw that you can play on your opponent's turn.

Will of Fire : Worth considering since all dogs are leaf and this deck tends to deplete its hand pretty quickly.


For Jutsus, you want cheap jutsus that will lend you an offensive edge early on, but at the same time you'll want to throw in some more expensive jutsus that will help you win the chain if the game goes into the later stage. Biscuit firing jutsu is pretty good early on, especially against kisuke. Summoning jutsu is also really good early on and can set up some crazy draws with animal contract. Personally I think Man beast clone is just a bit awkward costwise, and is a little too expensive early game, and not effective enough late game. All fours jutsu is good early game. Bite is way too situational and I would consider taking it out. Looks like your deck primarily just needs more chain-ending jutsus. I would consider:


Dragon Flame : I cannot stress enough how incredible this card is. You can't go wrong with this one.

Take down : Dogs can't use too many jutsus that end the chain, and this is one of them. Not that great in general but can be a life saver.

Backed into a corner : This jutsu is very, very strong in the right situation and can even end games. Keep in mind that if your opponent's tracked ninja is not battling, this jutsu will make all your opponent's ninjas stand by!

Ninjas!

A lot of this part is subject to personal preference but here are my suggestions.

Biscuit : This guy is WAY too good not to run. Great for handcosts, great support, free put in play, and can reassign tracked ninjas under certain circumstances if you need to.

Giant Tiger : Amazing pretty much no matter what turn you play it and the fact that it's valid makes it very versatile.

I wouldn't bother running the normal two headed wolf since the reinforcement is way better. I wouldn't run childhood kiba since it kind of counteracts the benefit of the turn 2 kiba's free put in play(I would run 3 of those kibas.) Tsume is also not that great.

The last card I would reccommend is
Hikaru, who puts animal decks on an entirely different level. I would definitely put this card in.

Those are the suggestions I can think of at the moment, hope some of this was useful to you! >_<

This deck is kind of crazy, I've never seen water played this way, didn't think it had this kind of rush power

Holy bajeesus dude you've got way too many jutsus and not enough ninjas. Personally I start out my decks like this:

30 Ninja
10 Jutsu
10 Mission

And then edit it as I need to. Just some friendly advice
