First, I'd like to point out the massive mistakes in the card text.

How it currently reads:
Power & Toughness is the compind mana cost as all spells & Creatures owner contrals
indistractible, cant be the target of any spell,
haste, first strike

How it should read:
Indestructible, Shroud, Haste, First Strike
Hopelessfool's power and toughness are equal to the total converted mana cost of all permanents it's owner controls

Now, I'd also like to point out that the mana cost is ridiculous, despite the fact that all of his abilities are ridiculous. I'd rewrite him with only Trample and Shroud. The reason behind this is because it's an elf. Now, an elf with Trample is kind of weird, but it fits in this case. Now, if a card ever has Indestructible AND Shroud, then it's a really bad card. I don't believe there's any card in existence with both of those abilities.

Overall, it just wasn't put together very well. A 1 for you.
