The problem is that the card is unstoppable. No one wants to play someone with a truly unstoppable card. Every card has to have its limits. If there is no way to beat the card, there is no startegy, and the game becomes boring for all players as a result. {Playing for 6 prizes} There would be a 1 in 10 chance of that card being stuck in your prizes.
