It wouldn't be too bad as a Planar Chaos card, however the card really isn't very good. Haste is a predominantly red ability, as Trample is a green ability. Personally, I'd replace the two with First Strike, which fits much better with a Knight subtype creature. I rather like the addition of Hellbent, however I'd also give him Double Strike with the +2/+2 given that Trample and Haste were taken off. He has far too many abilities for only BB. Try something more along the lines of 3BB. That's much better. I'd take off the Vanishing 2 and keep Flashback, although I'd have the Flashback cost be "discard 2 cards". I'd also take off the entire last section of text and replace it with, "When Doomed Knight is returned from the graveyard to play, he get's +1/+1 for each creature in it's controller's graveyard." I'd also change the power and toughness to 3/3, considering the suggested change of the mana cost. And finally, I'd take off the Regenerate ability.
