Mana cost must have a R in it for the card to be red. I'd recommend 4R, as it's pretty dang good.

Also, the not being able to be countered is sort of random, don't really jive with the rest of the card. Sure, it makes it better, but throw that on any card and it's better. I'd leave that off as it at least gives your opponent a chance to respond--remember, Magic is no fun without player interaction.
