The Reaper's Command
This card can only be activated when your opponent declares an attack. Discard one card and increase one of your monster's attack points by 800. All your opponent's monsters must attack this monster during this turn. You lose 800 Lp for each monster destroyed by battle. During the end phase of this turn, you may special summon one Spirit Reaper from your hand, deck or graveyard.

Quite long effect but not in the least broken as you have to discard a card as well as lose life points!!

Is this what you call a killing effect??? BTW, what's the relation between the first effect and the second about spirit reaper???? You know it's bad to mix different mutually different effects in a single card!

The second effect goes with the card's name and picture, if you did not realise that!! You can work out yourself about the 1st effect I guess!! And they are not mutually different like you said. Thanks for the comment though!!

you really did something.... Ansh doesnt like you at all.

but its cool as always. especially since i like spirit reaper.

and it's pretty rare to see a card that targets a single monster instead of an archetype.

Since it's ghost rare.... shouldnt it be less colorful? (but somehow more cool looking)
