When this card is special summoned from your graveyard to the field in face up attack position, you may draw up to 3 cards from your deck then remove one card in your hand from play.

It is not in the least broken. Just compare it to Disk Commander and you'll see. Also, you need to special summon it in attack position, ensuring that you'll receive a good deal of damage next turn(unless you tribute him, of course!!).

I thought it was funny how you compared him to disk commander...who is also broken.
Three cards is a lot. Speeds up a lot of the OTK's out right now, and they really don't need it...
