This card cannot be normal summoned, flipped summon, or special summoned. This card returns to the owner's hand at the end phase. This card can only be special summoned from your hand while you have a face up 'Blue Eyes White Dragon' on the field.

You can get a little reward for all the effort taken into summoning the level 8 BEWD!!(monster reborn lol!!). If you look closely, you'll see that its not as broken as it is!! It becomes unuseable as soon as the original BEWD gets destroyed. it is also a dead draw at most times!!

since it's a spirit it really doesn't need the "effect" part in it's description.

.... and what about the wings? i looked at them and i don't really see what i should...

Maybe... but mine is a special spirit. It cannot be NORMAL summoned, FLIPPED summoned or SPECIAL summoned!!
