This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. If this card is in face-up DEF position it is destroyed. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 3 "Cloudian" monsters from your graveyard with different names. You can only have 1 "Cloudian - Ice Beast" on the field. While this card is face up on the field all "Cloudian" monsters cannot be destroyed except by their effect.

Comment from the author: I'd say really well in a Cloudian deck. My kinda card that just stops the weakness on the little guys.
Cloudians, are, in my opinion, the best decktype around....hey just need a little more support, and they soon will be the top deck. Im currently perfecting my build right now

This would go perfect in a Cloudian deck. Although they still have their weakness, they can almost go unharmed. I always did love Cloudians the this would build up their rep a little. See yall!!!! PEACE!!!!
Man, this card is a bit overpowered. Removing from play 3 Cloudian monsters is a easy Summoning condition for such a 3500 ATK monster. The Chaos series only 3000atK, DAD 2800 and JD 3000ATK. So this is a bit too big.
And also this card is a Cloudian. It means THIS CARD will not be destroyed by any card effect. so it means only Shrink or cards that remove it from play can be used against it. Too strong
By the way the arkwork is good
The concept of this card is interesting but you have overlooked the fact that the card you created is completely invincible. You say in the effect that no monster with cloudian in its name can be destroyed except by its own effect, and the card you created has cloudian in its name, so with its own effect it makes itself undestroyable. I don't know if you did that on purpose or if it was an oversight, but either way it overpowers the card.
EDIT: I just realized that the person above me made the same point I did, sorry.
Hey, man, kick @$$ card. but i got to agree with some of the other guys here. you made the card to strong. if you had still added in the little thing about going to defense to blow it up, that would be a whole nuther story. Then the card would still have a weakness, albeit a hard to act upon one. If you put that on there, no one could diss it. (By the was, cloudians rock!)
