This card is based on Robert Baratheon's claiming of the Iron Throne and subsequent wiping out of the Targaryen House.

It would be a useful card if your oppontent was playing as Targaryen House because it would render them effectively defenceless. This though increases the cost of the card. However new subjects means more income.
