Definitively a very good card probably too good to be valid in play. You should change the "revive" ability to 1G to make it playable.

I think for as innocent as it looks, it's too strong. I would start by making the token 0/1, and instead of return to play, return to hand.

It IS too strong. You remeber the oldie Scryb Sprites? You know, green's 1/1 flyer for G? There's a reason why they don't print that any more. It's because green is not supposed to get good flyers (that's also why the new green Kirin *beep*). However, if you look at something like Xantid Swarm, green is allowed to have flying insects, and it's very in flavor. I mean, if you got blocked by a swarm of grasshoppers, you wouldn't be able to see, but you sure wouldn't get hurt because of it.

Also look at Squee, Goblin Nabob for an idea of how powerful returning a card to your hand every turn can be. Especially so cheaply. Wizards will never make that mistake again.

In conclusion, I really like the idea, but yes, you need to make changes: it should be an 0/1, and the cost to return it should be at least 1G, if not 2G. Props for a neat card though, I like the flavor of not being able to kill off locusts.
