Massive undercost card... The fact that your opponent gets as many permanents as he or she wishes (sorcery adn instant dont count) makes it fair... And, you skip your next turn when it comes into play... It would be sweet in a blue deck, where you could stifle the effect, and then untap next turn... Sweet!
