I had to give it a 1. NO CARD EVER, EVER, EVER WILL HAVE THAT LINE!!! You can't put "This card's converted mana cost is whatever you want it to be." That just doesn't happen. EVER! EVERY card has a mana cost, even if that mana cost is 0, or even if it's X.
