oh my, its powerful, but way too undercosted, even considering it is a 2/2 for 4- (should have mana colors). I'm not sure exactly how much it should cost, but my guess, to even it out would be something like 3RR, or at least five total. Anyways, other than that, looks good. Nice job.

I agree. It needs some color in the cost and the cost needs to go up. Consider a 1/1 flyer. Those go out for 2 mana, one of which is most often colored. Whereas 0/1 flyers go out for 1 mana of the color of the creature. If you're going to make him red, which is really good for the abilities I might add, then he should be at least 3RR, preferrably more, considering he has double strike and Haste. My guess for an appropriate cost? 3RRR. Other than that, I don't think he should be legendary. He's really not that legendary.
