Interesting concept. It should, however, be an enchant land, as you're attaching it to a land, or perhaps it should just be an Artifact land.

Also, you should specify what color the bird tokens are - they could be white/blue/green, or just two of those colors, or just one - but you shouldn't leave it up to the owner of the card.

dos it not say white blue or grean it emans one of the 3 its very simple and i agree with the enchant land idea tho iw as trying to make somehting new

Ok, a few things...I like that you were trying something new...in fact I've tried some new things, but nothing like that. dartarus is right, it should be an enchant land, and you shouldn't leave the color of the birds ambiguous. Typical bird tokens are blue and white, or just white. You can't mess with the formula man, only add to it. Also, you should split up the two abilities and instead make the artifact into 2 cards. Like so:
"Bird Feeder cost:4
Artifact - equipment
Bird Feeder comes into play equipped to a bird.
All non-token birds get +2/+1.
If a creature that Bird Feeder is equipped to would leave play, sacrifice Bird Feeder.
Equip 2"

and

"Bird's Nest cost:1WU
Enchant land
Enchanted land gets "at the end of each of your turns, put a 0/1 white and blue bird creature token into play."

voila.
