Not bad at all - I might have added a colorless mana to the cost, but this card is very red/black, and I'm glad to see that you made it so.

Being that it only costs one mana, I don't see much point in the second effect. Perhaps if it costed more mana... But if you're calling it a Hyper Riotspike? Why not make it a +3/-2 for 1BR?
