That doesn't make any sense. Either you create an infinite loop, where your life keeps going up by half your opponent's life, or you can't die until they do, or you can go into negative life.

The game just doesn't work like that. Sure, it's not a bad card, but it's a little too...odd. And wordy. And not good.
