Ignoring the fact that you have to stipulate what the "green tokens creatures" [sic] power/toughness are, you've made an extremely broken card.

Not only is this card not able to be targeted by spells or abilities, but you can spend one mana of any color to counter everything. Sure, you've tried to fix this by making it cost one of every mana to play the card (which I'm assuming the "BL" in your mana cost is supposed to mean Blue (it's traditionally shown in a text format as "U")) but it's still way too cheap and easy to play, and it's pretty much an instant win condition. Sure, it'd be great if you could get it out, as you've pretty much guaranteed yourself a victory, but it would take all the fun out of the game.

No...just, no. Don't ever do that. Never again. To many abilities, too much choice...just, no. First of bad triggered ability. Give all of your opponents 5 cards and 6 tokens? No. And you can counter everything? No. And you can take and give life at will? No. Just...no.
