wtf? That's incredibly broken. Also, it's ability makes no sense whatsoever. Sure, this is dream cards, but why not dream of something that would keep the game fun?

Actually, it's not broken. Except for the in part. This kind of thing already exists, with the ability "If CARD NAME becomes blocked, you may untap it and remove it from battle."
