very elegent. i like it cuz its short and to the point. this would be a very powerfull card but i dont think it would be broken. there are ways of getting alot more counters on there as im sure your aware of... ahem dismantel, energy chamber...anyways good job

I know about the ways to get counters. I was actually debating whether or not I sould make them charge counters.

I dunno, considering that its casting cost is XX, I think I'd rather hard-cast the spell most of the time instead.
<br><br> I mean sure, if you have three drain lifes in your hand and 10 mana open, you can cast for 5 counters and Drain for 15 right there. However, in situations like those, I'd rather just not waste the extra card and, as I said, hard cast the card.<br><br>Why would you pay 8 for an artifact that doesn't do anything on its own and could let you Blaze for 4, when you could just skip the middleman and Blaze for 7 right there.<br><br>That being said, I like the mechanic, and I think that this card is MUCH better thought out than most other cards on this site, thus you get a high vote.<br><br>Wording:<br><i>[cardname] comes into play with X charge counters on it.<br>You may play a card with X in its mana cost without paying its mana cost. For that card, X is equal to the number of charge counters on [cardname].<br><br></i> |
