This card cannot be Normal summoned or Set. This card cannot be special summoned unless all five Exodia the Forbidden One pieces are removed from play. When all five pieces of Exodia are removed from play, you may special summon this card from your hand or deck. If at any time the five pieces of Exodia the Forbidden One are not removed from play, destroy this card. You may remove one card in your opponent's Graveyard from play each turn once per turn. If this card inflicts damage to your opponent's lifepoints, you may remove one card in your opponent's Graveyard from play. If this card destroys a monster, it does not go to the Graveyard and is removed from play. If your opponent's Graveyard has no cards in it when it is your End Phase, and Exodia the Shadower is face up on your side of the field, you win the Duel. This card is not affected by spell or trap cards, and is not destroyed as a result of battle at any time.

One is mighty. Two are destructive. Posses all five and true power shall awaken.

You could run a deck around this card. Have cards like kycoo the ghost destroyer, different deminsion capsule and soul release in your deck. I think it is an interesting concept. If you rate this card, please leave a comment so I will know how to improve future cards.

Cool, this makes an exodia deck almost unstoppable, with this and necross you could never really get rid of exodia.

It is a great card, but the summoning conditions are too easy to fulfill now, with Macro Cosmos, Dimensional Fissure, Foolish Burial, etc. Playing a RFG deck with this card would guarantee you a win within 1-2 turns of having summoned this card due to your opponent's monsters/spells/traps being removed instead of going to grave. Having a Kycoo effect isn't bad, but making it even remotely part of the win condition is misguided given the fact that other cards you would be including in the deck can do it better and faster.
I cannot suggest how to limit this card's power (can't think of anything suitable), but I can suggest how to make it harder to use: remove the ability to Special Summon this card from the Deck.
Otherwise, great card.
