Hoshi is considered aligned to the Brotherhood of Shinsei when checking the Loyal restriction. Hoshi attaches Items with "Dragon" in their titles ignoring Gold cost. After you announce a Kiho Strategy action: Once per turn, Hoshi may perform it as if he were a Monk, ignoring its cost of bowing (if any). Limited: Bow Hoshi: Permanently give all your Personalities with "Hoshi" in their titles, in and out of play, your Clan alignment.
