Essentially this cards skill will allow you to spam your breakride every turn. Considering The GP Breakride gives you Tremendous power to your units this would make some very repetitive high power attacks every turn.Also since the card allows you to put him back into your hand you should be able to call 1 unit every turn with his skill. Though for this to work you are going to need to ride your breakride before this guy which is not always teh case

Is it good. I do not know. But it could be used to make some annoying fun decks
