But it should have an effect like create a 1/1 token if used colorless for it. that would make it really bad ass. My only comments would be to make white add a 1/1 soldier, because gain-life is rather useless; and green might be better suited to a +1/+1 counter; and the current blue ability is the equivalent to a sorcery cycle, but I don't think there's something that would be fitting and not make the card overly wordy. Back to top   jackofspades   Subject:    Posted: December 13, 2010 09:12 pm Fairly balanced; the cost makes it more versatile in mulitcolor, rather than more powerful. I'd recommend taking popular common instants from each color for the abilities; my personal choices would be giant growth, lightning bolt, healing salve, ponder, and disfigure. Sorcery speed keeps it balanced. Also, instead of "Essence of Mana is All colors," Have something like: "If red was spent to cast Essence of Mana, it's red. Deal 3 damage to target player." Etc. Might make the wording too long, though.
