Comment from the author:
This card was inspired by the InuYasha Final Act TV series.

I made a few minor changes based on hikarilink's comments, specifically I took out the reference to Sango and Slayers.

I didn't know that happened. I stopped watching about 20 or so episodes before the end.

Overall, it's alright. It's not unbalanced like most dream cards, but on the flip-side, it isn't exactly good. The stats are too low for it to be particularly useful, he doesn't exactly fit any particular theme, and his effects are kind of limited.

The stats should probably go up. Maybe bump it up to a 6 White, 5 Blue, 3 Purple. That's pretty balanced.

The minus to evil demons is a bit to specific to get off every game. Maybe if it was just demons, it could work, but as it is... meh. Even then, -1 is kinda low. Maybe -2.

The part where he can only be attacked by Naraku is kinda shaky. It would be better if it just said he can't be attacked.

The part where you sacrifice Sango to save him also isn't that good, since she is actually usually useful, while he is not so much. It would be more interesting to see him protect her from being attacked, then it would be like a double-layered wall to get to her, with the effect protecting him.

With those changes, I might be able to see him working in a Inuyasha deck, but with so many good characters already out there, it would be a tough fit. I mean, you would have to essentially run In u ya s ha, Kick you, Cage o me, Miro cu, San go, and Ko haku. Cage o me and Miro cu might not be necessary, but they are usually necessary to get the best out of San go and In u ya s ha. In u ya s ha being necessary because he would usually bring out the best in any Kick you you were trying to run with a San go.

Had to misspell on purpose, because this site is retarded and fails to realize that when you are talking about card games, there are going to be a lot of words that it doesn't know.

Thanks for the thoughtful comments.

Most of your comments are dead on, but I have to disagree with the stats. I made them low to balance out the fact I gave Kohaku regeneration. Otherwise, I thought it would be too much of a broken card. With regeneration, it is nearly impossible to kill Kohaku except with effects, so I kept his stats low so he couldn't blow opponents away.

Oh, and you can choose to ignore the spelling suggestions. I do.

Quite the contrary. If you look at all of the other characters that have Regeneration, you'll see that they all have fairly high stats. I'll admit that I missed the Regeneration part the first time, but I'd say that with my analysis, adding =1 to the Deck Cost should balance that all. The fact is, with so many good choices out there, low stats just aren't very viable. They were acceptable back in the first few sets, but thanks to the way games power creep, such low stats just aren't very practical on a Unique character, even if they have an effect to protect them.

You can ignore the spelling suggestions, to an extent. They eventually tell you there are too many spelling errors, even if you ignore them all. At least, that's what it does for me.

i like the card - i feel it is well balanced and effective the way it is - that is what a dream card is - its personal - if you find errors then its time to dream up your own card and correct them

spelling has always been a problem with me also - and spell check will only allow so many before shutting you down
