| Comment from the author: I created this because I love Sailor Jupiter's Flower Hurricane attack from the manga. I left off the Jupiter Thunder Dragon attack since that is only in the anime. And, the rest was just to help make the card more balanced. |

I like the idea of creating a Level 3 Scout based on the manga and functioning like the Princess cards from Past & Future. However, her attack abilities don't do much damage, especially for a Level 3 Scout. I'd remove the Super Strength ability and add a final ability based on her Coconut Cyclone. Also, does she have the same Health as the anime-based Sailor Jupiter, or is it different?
