Toon Dark Magician
Whilst in the graveyard this cards name is treated as dark magician. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned while "Toon World" is on your side the field. You can Special Summon this monster from your hand, but Tributes are required for monsters Level 5 or more. This card cannot attack in the turn that it is Summoned. Unless you pay 500 Life Points, this monster cannot attack. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. If a face-up Toon Monster is on your opponent's side of the field, you must select the Toon Monster as an attack target.

Nice, but I can think of one or two ways to make it better. Sort of.

Either:

- Rewrite the Toon Dark Magician Girl / Regular Dark Magician Girl to include the Toon Dark Magician.

OR

- Make it where Toon Dark Magician is counted as a "Dark Magician" While in the Graveyard.



My opinion of course.

I love too ns too!! I think they should have made a bigger deck based on too ns or to on heroes (to on versions of the elemental heroes)!!!!

There are too few toon monsters I think.

They are really strong on the field, and I think that this idea was excellent

I really like the art (did you draw that yourself? If so, you are talented in the arts of chibi manga) and I agree that the Toon Monster decktype needs additional monsters. The only problem I have isn't with this card, it is with Spellcaster support extending to other decktypes in general and specifically how Dark Magician cards only target Dark Magician and not many variants thereof. That would make this card a real competitive contender and also make Toon Spellcasters more consistent. Aside from the support issues, great card!
