I can't help but feel it is a little overpowered. not so much it can't be fixed up but it is a bit overpowered nonetheless. For it's shadow veil and healing veil I think it has a bit to much hp. i think you could drop the last attack down to around 80 or so... but if that didn't change, it wouldn't be to bad. but still. haha.
