Broken as it would mess up almost any deck for little cost, but, it's a dream card so meh.

I'm saying this card would be awesome to see come out! but we all know if it did the effect would change drastically... but i would nt mind it at all given the fact that i would nt have to worry much bout effects that destroy monsters. lol!!! wonderful dream card bud!!!

very clever and creative idea. this truly would be a nice addition to a deck; i also think it would negate a fusion summon as well as tribute and syncro. again very creative.

first, i love how the gum is grasping the shoe. secondly, this card is really intresting, as opposed to removing monsters by effect. this card stamps stardust into mush, cause stardust needs to be sacrificed, and this card stops offerings, most payments, and almost all effects in the game. this thing stops the game in general....lol. it only needs a slight cost per turn, like most good stale cards, like 500 LP at the end phase, or a discard. other than that, i give a 5.
