(Pokepower) Legend Creater
Once during your turn (before you attack) you may use this power if there 2 or more basic on you bench. (excluding Legends and SPs) You may put one basic overlap another basic. If you do the two basic is now a Legend. Add the HP of both basics for the new Legend's HP but you can only use one pokebody/pokepower on that legend per turn. The new Legend is both types of the two basics, has both weaknesses, resistances, and retreat cost. Count weakness first then do resistance if one type is both a weakness and resistance. Your opponent takes two prize cards if that legend is KO. Otherwise it behaves like a Legend.

[P][C] Shadow Screech 30

Next turn all your attacks deal 40 more damage to that same defending pokemon.

[M][W][C] Time Space Rift 50+

If the active pokemon is a stage 1 or stage 2 pokemon, you may remove all the stages on that pokemon until it's a basic. However if it already a basic pokemon before this attack, this attack deals 40 more damage to the active pokemon and 20 to all your opponent's bench.

[W][M][P][C] Fission Crash 120

Remove all energies on each active pokemon and place them into the lost zone. (You and your opponent) All other energy in play is discarded. (Also you and your opponent)

When this card is KO your opponent takes 2 prize cards.

This card can be great if you can find ways to attach energies to it so you can do Fission Crash. Electrode Prime would work wonderful for this card! Also Fission is actually the splitting of atom like Atomic bombs! Thats's where I got the new idea from.

this is a crazy idea I love it! I wish if someone that won worlds in pokemon they get 1 card of their choice made and gets printed in the next set of cards as a box topper or come out as a Promo Card that can be played because this card would be soooo awesome! it makes sense to have it broken because it has all the main legendary pokemon

Your card as some problems that you should try to correct:

First it as 220 HP and that's impossible because no pokemon card has more than 200 HP (only fake cards).

Second it has 5 attacks and a poké-power! No card has more than 3 or 4 attacks (4 if it hasn't any poké-power) and no legend cards have more than 2 attacks and a poké-power! So that's too much for a card.

Thrid it hasn't any retreat cost and the 5th attack does 150 damage and can prevent the damage on the next turn, you should try to balance that.

I liked the card expecially because the design is very well made. Good job

i made years ago when I knew little about how powerful a card can be. years later, i now know rules and how cards are suppost to be. I'll balance it now.

Alright I updated it and it's more balanced now then before. made some downsides, lowered damage, put retreat cost, clarify attacks better, lowered HP, and reduce attacks.

I think the updates you make have done the difference, now it's a realistic card that could be made by the Pokémon company.

I see no reason why dream cards shouldn't push the boundaries.
