If a Gengar is in a room, the tempature drops by 10 degrees.

It's a card that needs strategy to work. Expert Belts, Bubble Coat, and Unown Q to name a few that may work. This card is very good and not as overpowering without drawbacks. A well balenced card if i say so myself. :)

NOTE: I did not make the picture but the card itself.
