At first she was going to be an overpowered version of the Blue Eyes Shining and was going to be called "Blue Eyes Shining Girl", but then I though... "naahhh"
So I leave it how it is now.

decent effect an added bonus for banishing other cards to summon one other. might be a plus with chaos dragon decks.
