Second ability: "Return target creature card from a graveyard to the battlefield under your control."
(the zone name changed from "in play" to "on the battlefield" in M10) I think you should add "Sacrifice it at the beginning of the next end step." to the end of this ability to balance it. Third ability: "Target opponent sacrifices up to five target permanents. Put a 5/5 black shadow creature token onto the battlefield" "Your opponent" is not valid card text, since you can have more than one opponent in MTG. Whether the token is a shade or shadow is not nearly as important as including its color and the fact that it's a token. If he's summoning a demon, you can make the token a demon. |

4 life is a lot to pay for this ability.
I understand what you try to do, but I would use 2 life instead. |

Yes it is a lot of life, but that goes with the Planeswalker thang.
