its got only +ses no negative it should be slightly more balanced say at the end phase of the turn destroy the special summoned monster.

Whaddya mean, no negs? It takes at least 3 cards to summon it, and the monster it special summons doesn't have its effects. Not only that, but to get that card out, you have to lose a tuner.
