The property of this Agent is based on what happened in real life when scientists decided that Pluto is no longer a planet. It was "abandoned", if you will. So in remorse, its Agent removes from play all the cards your opponent controls and in their graveyard.

There are only like 2 cards (I think) in the whole game that can stop this effect (divine wrath and maybe light and darkness dragon, I'll have to check).

Please comment and rate my dream cards too ,and suggest changes if u think I should change somthing.

I would give it trishula effect ,1 card from the field and 1 from the grave and (maybe) 1 from hand,I don't think it's fair that by banishing 2 cards from your hand your opponent will loose like 66% from their game at that moment

That's true, but doesn't a Remove from Play deck do the exact same thing? This card basically does the job of an entire RFP deck.
