Before you target an uncombined Ranged Attack from a card in your current attacking army: Once per battle, you may target the current battlefield's province with it instead of an enemy card. If you did, give the province a strength penalty equal to the Ranged Attack's strength.
Before one of your cards bows for the cost of a Ranged Attack action: Once per battle, you may ignore the cost; if you did, its Ranged Attacks may only target an enemy card.
