U need to work on your wording and your effects didn't make a lot of sense. Try this.

ACT 【V】: Limit Break 4 (This ability is active if you have four or more damage): [Counter Blast (4)] This unit can attack all of your opponent's units and loses twin drive until the end of this turn

ACT【V】【Soul Blast (5)】Until end of the turn this unit gets power +2000 for each kagero and Narukami unit of the field

Auto【V】【CB (1) Soul charge (2)】when this unit attacks, if you have Dragonic Vermilion in the soul, you may pay the cost. If you do stand one grade 1 or lower Kagero or Narukami unit.


The third ability charges for the second. If u run stand triggers or grade 1's with power boosting effects, the stand ability will be useful without being overpowering.

Quid pro quo.
Why would anyone play Dragonic Kaiser Vermilion in a Kagero deck, what with the whole, "This card gains -2000 power if you control a non-Narukami vanguard or rearguard" thing? I mean, you're weakening the very card that you're trying to support by running this card. Now, if you changed everything referring to the Kagero to the Narukami, this card would be very nice and definitely a great finisher. Just my thoughts.
