You cannot activate it or this card during this turn. •Deck: Add 1 Quick-Play Spell Card from your Deck to your Hand. You cannot activate it during this turn.

If this card were printed, can someone rate it? Ratings include: Overpowered, Balanced, Underpowered. If my card is Overpowered, then I'll put it on the Ban List if I can get it into a game...

This card is extremely overpowered, and would only gain protection from "Field Barrier", which would become Spell Speed 2. Lots of Spell effects that were only intended to work on a player's turn would be able to activate from a Set Spell card on the opponent's turn, which WILL cause havoc in the game.

I really like this card.

The effects of this card, which, if I read this correctly, will NOT go off if either player activates a Field Spell (which would also become Spell Speed 2 and thus can be activated on the opponent's turn if already Set on the field) are rather good, but probably will not be used considering the easiest and most common way for a Field Spell to be destroyed is by another being activated.

... I really like this card.
