Could see this used in combo with heart of the underdog and hand destruction with nice swarms, then xyz for something like Acid Golem, and win.

I would use this card in an Ojama Country deck with high DEF Normal monsters that have low ATK, also running Heart of the Underdog.

The only change to the wording that I would make is to either add "ignoring the card's Summoning conditions" or "that can be Normal Summoned" depending on how you want to go with this, because there are lots of low ATK monsters that can't be Normal Summoned that have some wild effects.

If a monster that requiers special conditions to be special summoned is targeted/affected by a card such as Grateful Death Duo, yet the conditions are not fulfilled, the conditions are not correct or the card affecting the monster in question is not the right card then the card would not be able to Special summoned.

For example, Yubel is a Level 10 monster with 0 ATK. It has no special conditions to be summoned, such as having certain card on the field or paying a cost other than its tribute summon. So, if you Draw Yubel, you can special summon it from your hand without a tribute, reborn it with a card such a limit reverse or special summon it with Mystic Tomato.

While in the case of Yubel - Terror Incarnate, the card requiers to be Special summoned by, and only, the effect of Yubel.

In the case I would draw Yubel - Terror incarnate while having Grateful Death Duo, Terror Incarnate would not be affected by the effect of GDD and would stay in your hand since it do not fullfills the conditions to be discarded.
