This card can only be special summoned by tributing two level seven or higher dragon type monsters on your side of the field. When this card is special summoned: special summon as many dragon type monsters from your graveyard in face up attack position. All dragon type monsters on the field gain 200 attack and defense and can not be targeted by spell or trap cards. When this card is destroyed, remove from play all dragon type monsters special summoned by this card.

This card would work good for a Chaos Dragon deck. If you mill with lightsworns you put powerful dragons in the grave then special summon them with this card.

Well that its a really original card.
and has some nice counter effects to actually be realistic.

You can special summon the same monsters you tributed so its a pretty good. The bonus effect its okay (a "bonus" itself). The untargetable effect its cool too, a bit like Lord D. or King Dragun.

Considering the high ATK/DEF of this card (2800/3000), this card hardly can be defeated in battle, leaving you to only focus on effects.

You should change the word "destroyed" for the phrase "removed from the field", that way you are giving your opponent a slightly bigger chance to survive from the incoming massive damage. And the monster that were destroyed should be banished, considering that Lightpulsar Dragon can easily bring back the Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon.

But that its my opinion.

Yeah that's a good idea I think the removed from play would be better.
