This card would open up Synchros from the hand, just like Fusions from the hand. I like it.
However, please stick with ATK and DEF rounded to the nearest hundred, since Yu-Gi-Oh hasn't used non-rounded ATK/DEF numbers since Pharaoh's Servant (or even before). Just make this card 1700 ATK and 1600 DEF and save people the headache of having to calculate life points w/increments smaller than 100.
